What a great few hours! Complete focus on our individual style and instant and responsive feedback that we could put into practice immediately. Thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to learn the finer techniques of swimming. Well worth the time and effort.

Thoroughly enjoyed my session with Brenton Ford, who has a good eye for technique. Learnt a lot not only about my stroke but also from the others who participated in Brenton's group session. Drills are easy to follow and made a difference in my 50m sprints within two weeks of practise. Definitely consider a follow up session. Thanks!
