I highly recommend Brenton's Effortless Swimming Freestyle Clinic that I attended in Brisbane on 28 April 2019. I am a 57-year-old male and I had previously been in adult swimming squads and a lifesaver many years ago but I wanted my swimming style and technique checked as I felt slow in my aging years. Well, it was the best thing I have done in a long time! I have put the feedback and advice Brenton gave me into practice and it has made so much difference in such a short time. I expect I will only get better with the drills he has prescribed me and the excellent reference I have regarding the video of me before and after his instruction. I highly recommend Effortless Swimming and the clinic.
Brendon was super friendly, helpful and offered very constructive feedback on my stroke. The video analysis was great to review stroke and inconsistencies and issues I was previously not aware of/ The implementation of his simple drills in my swim sessions has already led to a reduction of around 4s/100m in only 3 weeks, and I am certain this will continue with further practice and refinement over the coming months. Highly recommend
