Worth every cent. This was a well organised training session with extremely informative coaching tips explained in a way anyone could understand. The post analysis work on the stroke and key feedback was excellent and we cant wait for the next stroke to be reviewed. Brenton was friendly, easy to understand and thorough in his breakdown and stroke correction.
Second time in the last 12 months I’ve been to the clinic and got as much from it this time as last, both of which was lots.
My view is if your going to do lots of laps, which most of us do, may as well be smart about it and get our stroke a little better
I highly recommend attending a clinic to anyone looking to improve their stroke. Brenton uses some great techniques that first demonstrate the strengths and weaknesses of various positions, followed by performing drills that give you the feel of those positions in the water. This progression gave the drills a lot of meaning and context.
