Can highly recommend Brenton, his knowledge of efficient swimming technique, and his ability to be able to transfer that knowledge to each swimmer's style, allows for very specific identification of areas for improvement. His drills are excellent in targeting those areas, and left me feeling very confident in my understanding of what I needed to do to improve my swimming. Thanks so much!!
