I was a competitive swimmer throughout high school. Now many years on I have picked up the sport again but now for open water/distance. This was the first time I have seen myself swimming with a recording and had proper stroke analysis. I knew I had developed some stroke inefficiency over the years but didn’t know what to fix. Thanks to Brenton I am now on track with focused efforts in the right direction. Brilliant-just do it!
I’ve been trying for 12 months to correct my form. You can be aware of all the theory, but without the analysis and feedback of what’s actually happening with your technique, it can be very difficult to correct on your own. I got so much out of this clinic, made more progress in a few hours then I have in months. Besides the raw technical benefit, it’s a fun session with great people. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to swim better for longer and faster.
