I attended the Breaststroke seminar. After being made welcome and then a warm up, we were filmed whilst swimming. Each participant was discussed and we were asked for good comments as well as where we, the participants needed improvement.
Back into the pool, and we were introduced to new drills and offered advice for improvement as well as further practise.
I really enjoyed the workshop, I like the technical descriptions as well as the immediate feedback. My stroke feels SO much better. Thankyou
