We like the venue and the coach, but perhaps the class numbers could be reduced a little as it does seem a bit congested when everyone is there, and sharing just 2 lanes. With the follow up sessions it is rather too quick we think, only filming once more and off you go after just a lap. I would favour after a couple of laps (at least) to try and really grasp the swimmer's style and locate any deficiencies more accurately. As you would know the student could be great one lap, but not so great another.

This is my second time going back to Effortless swimming. I did my first swimming clinic when I just starting to swim aiming for my first tri (Sprint distance). Boy...I thought I could swim until I saw myself in the videos!!... The tips that Brenton gave were the only things I focusing on for the rest of my training. (I train about 2 times a week but some weeks may skip it altogether :P). I came back 2 years later to do filming and analysis only. I wish I could come back earlier but due to Covid/lock down so I couldnt... Looking forward to see what I can improve next.
PS: after the clinic session you will be able to view your swimming videos from an app which is very easy to use.
The support team also top notch. They response very fast.
Brenton analysis is world class. He can spot the smallest mistakes and help you to improve.
At the start of the class I swam 700m for 40mins. Now I can do 1900m for the same time.
