Brenton' s critical analysis of all 4 of my swimming strokes has been excellent. Not only has there been constructive emphasis, but also followed up with outlining appropriate drills to perform. He has taken great care to show on the video what can be improved, how it can be improved, then compares it to how elite swimmers look at the same part of the stroke. These demonstrations are positive and excellent.
