I've been a follower of Effortless Swimming for around 5 years, including coaching with Brenton. He's always provided excellent, personalised coaching, which complements his online 8WFF and 5DCC programs that I also follow. I swim faster and easier after each coaching session, and am a happier swimmer :).
Brenton is very passionate about coaching and takes so much care with everyone no matter how fast or not so fast they are. He is always happy to answer questions and give you tips with ideas that are easy to implement. Apart from the fact he is a good guy his methods work! After many years of not swimming 6 months ago I could t swim a length without my pull buoy… now I can do 4km sessions without it and am slowly getting faster. Highly recommend him no matter what level you are. ;-D
