The analysis from my follow up session with Brenton was very detailed and has given me a number of areas to focus on to improve my stroke. The drills that Brenton provides work. In the 4 weeks since my initial clinic my speed has improved by about 15sec/100m (was 2:45 now 2:30 for a 400m time trial).
