Absolutely loved my swim clinic this morning with Kai. The video analysis was fantastic, perfect to slow down and pin point areas to improve. I loved the swim session, how it was broken down and we were able to practice each part of the stroke, and gradually put it together with the feedback from the video analysis on what we were working on to improve our freestyle. Kai gave us constant feedback and made sure we understood what we were aiming to do in each part of the stroke. I would absolutely recommend Effortless Swimming clinics and look forward to doing more in the future. Kai was a great communicator and his positive personality really showed how much he cared for everyone to improve. Thank you for a great morning.
Absolutely loved this clinic today. Money really well spent!
Small group size of 5 meant plenty of individual attention. Although there was probably a difference of maybe 50 years between some of our swimmers, Kai, our coach for the day easily tailored his explanations to all ages.
Kai, was professional, articulate and constantly seeking our feedback when testing out drills and new techniques.
I came away from the clinic feeling really inspired and excited to get back in the pool and ocean to work on improving my stroke. I am also feeling confident knowing that I am working towards life long swimming with no injuries!
Thanks so much Kai!
