My partner and I went to the Gin Making master class for her birthday and it was simply excellent. Liz was so informative and an excellent host. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the history of Gin and Distilling. Making our own Gins was exciting and fascinating and I loved everything that Liz has put into her craft. I cannot recommend this enough, it was so much fun and really worth every penny. Taking own your own gin was really exciting! Also Liz’s Gin is without a doubt some of the best I have ever had.

Thanks so much for a wonderful experience in a relaxed and informative evening. It was an amazing time to learn about the romance of gin amongst a group of interested people. Liz and her most helpful “hipster” companion could not have been more welcoming.. from the relaxed and enjoyable gin and tonic on arrival to the farewell hugs, the entire two and a half hours was easy and most informative. We loved the attention to detail and the professional manner they answered our questions. What a great experience.. couldn’t recommend it more highly. Can’t wait to sample our own gins that we departed with, after waiting the recommended ten days of course.
